Do you think i lost weight in the past week?(10 points)?

It is actually proven that if you exercise regularly and eat really healthy and then have one day when you eat as you wish and just have a lazy day will help you loose weight quicker because then your body doesn't think its being put into starvation mode and thinks it needs to loose some fat. I have done this for the past few months and I have lost 40 pounds (what that converts to in kilograms I'm not sure)
