Isn't it sad that the only jobs Americans can get at the U.N is low paid Security work?

There is widespread abuse going on currently at the U.N with job hiring practices involving Americans whose resumes are intentionally getting ripped up. These positions are going to people (mostly from 3rd world) who find ways to bribe hiring officials behind closed doors. It saddens me when I see Americans as low paid security personnel when these 3rd world sbags come here and leech off the system. What can be done?
