SO called "Best friend".......WHat is her PROBLEM?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Okay so, my so called best friend and i have been bf's for 4years now. And She always says "let's do something this week, i miss you! i hardly see you! we need to hangout more!!"....that is when i do see her, thats what she says. and when i try to call her or tex her to cruise, she like hardly ever answers....and when she does respond, it's like days and dayssss later, and she'll just say sorry! and give some lame s excuse....when i do talk to her or see her she always says, sorry, ive just been soooo busy!!!...but.....She always tells everyone we are best friends, but when i look on her myspace page, she has like pictures of her and a bunch of "okay" friends, out and about. And she NEVER invites me to any of the events. What the hell? Its so annoying. I feel as though she is being fake. If i ask her to do something, and if she already has plans or doesn't want to, she won't just be straight up with me and tell me.
