34 weeks pregnant and sick?

Ok so iv been sick for 6 days now...I was told I could take suddefed and benadryl and I have been for 5 days now and its not even touching my symtoms...I'm blowing my nose every 5 mins and a bunch of green snot and blood comes out..but my nose is not runny its congested and my throt feels like its on fire and it gets even worst at night...iv gotten hardley any sleep the oast week...any suggestions
