Are there children's car seat buckle adapters for people with crippled hands?

I have a friend who has bad hands, and often finds she hasn't buckled her granddaughter in securely and the toddler "escapes" from the car seat...she has limited dexterity and weak hands. Trying to figure out a solution for her so she'd have more leverage. Some of them are even hard for me to buckle with good hands....
