Maybe she is acting different because its her way of dealing with everything changing in her life. I wouldn't worry about it, You can just tell her that you are there if she needs to talk, but other than that, just back off. When things settle down, if she comes back around to you, then that's good, if not, then she wasn't a very good friend to start with.
