Grandfather clock not working?

If it is like a Coo-Coo clock, it needs to be exactly level. I know my Coo-Coo clock won't run but for a few minutes if it isn't exact level. Not for sure about the grandfather clock. Seems it would need to be level to or it would not allow the pendulum to swing correctly. If leveling it doesn't work you will probably need to contact someone who works on clocks and have them take a look at it. If you have it setting by a door the opening and closing might be causing it to be out of level if leveling it makes it work. Good luck with it, they are a neat clock.
