Ive been offered a trade for a 1987 supra turbo with the 7m-gte powerplant?

ive got a 2001 honda prelude thats been mildly modified.... is this a good plan? or am i being jammed? the supra has 200xxx on the body but the 7mgte was not the original powerplant in the car but im not sure what the mileage is on the powerplant and transmission. its a five speed. is this a good plan or is it more of a pipe dream?
