Please help me with my problem...?

Im 19 years old and I am from the Philippines, last June I came here in US and live in my sister's house. The problem is, my sister's husband don't talk to me often i don't know why. How will I deal with this kind of problem? My brother-in-law often talks to my uncle, who is also here in their house but what Im thinking is he seldom talks to me. I hope you will help me by your answer,. thank you.
