Song from ghost whisperer s04e12?

it's the episode where jim/sam and melinda go on a road trip together and it's after jim gets off the phone with nicole. mel and jim/sam are in the garage with all the stuff that she needs to bring back with her. the lyrics are something like "am i going crazy? am i losing myself? i think i've fallen." that's all i could interpret through their dialogue though, help please! i would really love to know what it's called
