Where can I find hi-opt 1 tables for 2,7,8 and 9?

So I read the World's Greatest Blackjack Book and they talk about improving betting correlation and player effective if you include 2,7,8 and 9 but I cant find those tables on the web? Is there a website where i can find those tables or tell the best card counting system?
