Katana sword repair question plz help?

hey i bought a new masahiro Shadow warrior katana sword its made of the 1065 carbon steal, and today i was just doing some cutting with it on a normal plastic water bottle and it didn't even cut it throw, an accidentally my dog was getting in the way so i had to redirect the sword strike away very fast and it hit a big wooden bar which made the KISSAKI and BOSHI or the tip edge of the sword get slightly bent, not the whole kissaki just small part of its edge. so plz can you help me and tell me what can i do to fix this problem, is it gonna need to be sharpened or is it ruined like that. and if so tell me what is the 2nd best way to sharpen a sword other than using the water stones, cuz they take a lot of experience to use them correctly. so should i send it to a blacksmith to do it or would they ruin it, cuz am scared they might ruin the blade geometry. plz help me. and by the way masahiro swords suck they cant make a clean cut through light plastic on the other hand musashi swords are way much better.

Ceiling light used to work. Changed fixture. Seems no power is coming through wire.?

I have recessed lights in my ceiling. I have had to replace these every now and again. For some reason they keep blowing out. I had another stop working, so I removed the light bulb, and put it in another fixture. The bulb works so I figure the fixture must be messed up. I replaced the fixture, and found that for some reason I no longer have power in the wire that went to this fixture. I have no idea where the wire comes from as it is inside the ceiling. I installed the fixture in another location and it works fine. So I have narrowed the problem to this specific wire. The light fixture used to work...The fixture is on a switch with all of the other lights in the ceiling. The other lights all work.

Advice needed from someone who's been down the long road to becoming a doctor/surgeon?

Take as much math and science as possible. Particularly biology,chemistry and physics. An anatomy cl would help too if it is offered at your school. Try to take calculus in high school if you can. I'm not a doctor, but I have friends who are on that path. I would suggest looking at physical therapy or occupational therapy if you are interested in sports medicine. It doesn't make quite as much money, but it is a well respected career. It is also much less schooling. Hope this helps you.

Im not sure what i should do with my life?

im in year 10 in australia and ive have got glandular fever, the symptoms started developing on the monday of my second week at school for the year, ive had multiple blood tests done and the most recent ones came back positive for EBV, ive missed out on 5 weeks of school and wont be going back until next term, which is around another 4 weeks including holidays. im not going to be able to do and school or club sport for a least 4 months and for about the next term of school im going to have to stay away from doing any kinds of sport in case i relapse, trouble is that ive got core HPE ( Health and Physical Education ) and elective HPE so that 2 subjects that im not going to be able to participate in for a while, also i do cooking as an elective so im not going to be able to do that because you have to stand up while you cook its like one of the main rules, i may seem like a baby for not being able to do any of these thing, but glandular fever can be quite hard on most people, however i found out from my doctors that im among about 10% of people who show severe symptoms throughout the whole virus. if i relapse i could spend another month lying in bed. also one of the effects of EBV is extreme fatigue and tiredness, which is not good for focusing in cl. i just would like somebody apart from my parents to comment on this, oh and im 15 and this is the 6th week of not seeing a single one of my school friends, because ive been so contagious. also since symptoms ive lost about 7 kgs which ive only gained about 1 back of.

Unique graduation present?

I will be graduating later this month and I really want to ask my parents (or buy myself) a unique graduation present. Most people want iPods, computers, shopping spree, etc. but I want thinking of something I cannot get in the US. Tankmates for angelfish?

Well I have 2 Angelfish that are inseperable- they are a pair but not breeding. In the other tank they have been in they were extremely peaceful. I have just re-located them to a new 90 gallon that has cycled for 7 weeks and has a bristlenose pleco. I am wary of putting other new angels in there, for I am afraid they may fight. I am looking for a middle-dwelling unique fish that mature around the same size as full-grown angels, or get a little bigger. The fish also has to be pretty peaceful. Any creative ideas?

Back in July I became involved with a man who I later found out is married. I am a college student and he is a small business owner. At one point during the relationship, he ran into financial difficulties and asked for my istance. Prior to that, he offered his istance in helping me to look for a car. I was expecting a big refund from my school, and I told him how much I was willing to spend on a car and he told me to leave it up to him to find me a good car. We live in different cities, but he travels back and forth to do his business, but he was looking in his hometown for the car. I was willing to spend $4G on a car, he found a car that cost $2.5G and he gave me his bank account number and instructed me to deposit that money into his account, and he also offered to take care of my insurance which he estimated would total $500, and at the same time, he asked me to lend him whatever I could to help him in his hard time, so I lent him $1050. I made four separate cash deposits into his bank account, and somehow didn't receive a receipt for one deposit of $850. When I received my insurance papers, I learned that the insurance only came up to about $200. So now his wife appears in the picture and I attempted to stand back, but he insisted that he still needed to see me, and I was foolish enough to oblige. Anyway, recently his wife has been receiving haring anonymous text messages and phone calls. He confronted me about it, but I swear to this day that it wasn't me. Somehow, the wife learned that I was still in touch with her husband and she called me and said that she would have me investigated and take legal action against me if i continued to communicate with her husband, and then I received a text message from his phone (I don't know if she sent it or he did) telling to stop haring him and his wife (I've never called or text messaged her) and saying that I must never contact him again, and that he didn't wish to have anything to do with me ever again. I neglected to say that I did receive the car, it had over 200,000 miles on it and after having it inspected I was told that I shouldn't have paid over $1G for it. When I explained that I had somebody buy it for me, I was told that the person must have pocketed the balance of my money. Which I don't find hard to believe. But about the rest of my money, there was no written doentation. However, the only bank transactions that were made into his account from the location in my town were made by me and would have my handwriting on the slips. I am missing one receipt, but was told that the records can be subpoenaed. These transactions were made back in October. Is there a statute of limitations? And what are my chances of regaining the money that I loaned? Plus the balance from my insurance? Or even the car? I didn't receive any proof of sale or doentation with the car except for the title... I don't know if I should go to the police or call judge judy. I'm new to the city and don't know any body in terms of attorneys, and I don't want to ask around because I don't want people in my business... Can anybody here help me????

Yahoo Answers is great and all, but I was so upside down about this guy who I liked and wasn't sure how he really felt, that I sought out help from a Psychic.(YES, desperation makes you do crazy things). Why are Christians so quick to say that I'd lead myself to destruction for being honest with my own conviction?

I accepted 'Christ' as a child and did it again as a young junior college student. However, I did not know why nor understand fully what I was getting into. I used to have this 'false sense of security' when I was going with the motions, but I never really wanted to be reading the Word, never really had that conviction that Christ died on the cross for my sins...I knew of it, but it wasn't true to me. I've only recently opened up to my best friend about this and her first reaction was that by 'being honest with myself' by backing down some, it will lead my life to destruction and that she is saddened by my being truthful. I haven't said I don't want to know about this Christian God I was brought up to believe, but I just don't know Him nor really let Him be Lord of my life. I mean, I'm being honest with myself instead of struggling/battling through. And right now, I almost feel that I would be seeking to make others happy rather than for my own inner yearnings. I don't reject God, but I want to have my own faith and be convicted by it. Not running a wayward fashion. Think that's pointless.

Woud dropping out of the Air Force DEP program be a good option?

I went to meps last week and was displeased being told that my vision had disqualified me from my first two job choices (security forces and firefighter). I had lasik about three years ago and honestly I can imagine everyone in those two fields having perfect vision. At this point I am unaware about what my options are, and I have an appointment to speak with my recruiter this week and talk to him about the situation. But if for some reason we are not on the same page would dropping out of the DEP program be an option, mind you at meps i took the first enlistment oath (not sure exactly how it works please explain).

Question on perspective?

I am a budding artist, and am currently making a sketch of an orchestra conductor. I am doing it from in front of him, as though I'm in the orchestra stand looking out. There is a balcony in the concert hall, and I wanted to put some flowers on it. You know, have a sort of vase on the outside of the guardrail of the balcony, with the flowers and greenery sort of flowing down it. Due to the angle the balcony is at due to perspective, I don't know how the flowers should go as they fall. Should they fall downward in relation to the bottom of the sketch, or downwards as the way gravity would pull them if the drawing were tilted and the balcony level? Neither one looks exceptionally good.

But it ends with "Just how much you." Once again directed toward God hurting him. This song can have 2 meanings, a 1 on 1 bad relationship and Davey singing to her. Or a 1 on 1 death relationship and Davey singing to God. Either way works.

39 Weeks Pregnant, Where's The Braxtons Gone!!?

I saw my midwife last week and he is head down, but with the amount of moving around he is doing in the last week I'm wondering whether he is turning. Where to buy play and sleep clothes?

It was an amazing book! Well its like this its kind of long so well anyway here it goes. If you want to learn self defense quickly I wouldn't go with Karate or tae kwon do unless the teacher is focused soley on self defense. They take years to learn and are more sport oriented in the U.S. Krav maga is good. So is muay thai and kick boxing. If anything they will give you more confidence which makes you less likely to be attacked. Your small but Krav teaches dirty tricks (in a good way) that could help. You could carry mace or a stun gun if all you are worried about is defending yourself, they can be really effective. At your size you might have a hard time grappling with or knocking out a 200 lb man no matter how good your technique is. Keep that in consideration and chose something that puts the maximum amount force on the weakest areas of the body.

Hi, recently got divorced after 15 years. I have a kid. About 6 months ago, while separated, I met a nice person online. She seemed fun. We dated for 4 months. Grandfather clock not working?

If it is like a Coo-Coo clock, it needs to be exactly level. I know my Coo-Coo clock won't run but for a few minutes if it isn't exact level. Not for sure about the grandfather clock. Seems it would need to be level to or it would not allow the pendulum to swing correctly. If leveling it doesn't work you will probably need to contact someone who works on clocks and have them take a look at it. If you have it setting by a door the opening and closing might be causing it to be out of level if leveling it makes it work. Good luck with it, they are a neat clock.

I left after a few months and he sued me for the remainder of my half of the rent. His Dad also signed the lease with us, but never paid a thing because he never actually lived there. Neither did I for part of the term, and I was found liable simply because I was on the lease. The jerk even had a replacement roommate off the books, but I couldn't prove that in court! "No evidence" meant "didn't happen." I don't think the lease differentiates the difference between us. I've been going out with this girl for about 2 months and its been sort of a long distance relationship so far. I see her every 2-3 weeks and stay for about a week and a half each visit. I'm seriously considering moving to her city to be closer to her and go to college there. She lives with this guy who is her best friend and she claims its completely platonic between them. Should I try to wean my son from the bottle if he still sometimes wakes up in the middle of the night to eat?

My 14 month old son only gets a bottle right before going to bed at night and for naps, plus the occasional bottle in the middle of the night if he wakes up hungry. I've tried a pacifier, he just wakes up 1/2 hour later even hungrier and a little angry that he is still hungry. I've tried water, he knows the difference and refuses to drink it. The only thing I haven't tried is letting him cry himself back to sleep, even though I do give him a minute to see if he was just stirring at night or actually waking up. I keep hearing and reading how a baby is "supposed" to be weaned by one year. I'm feeling a bit behind the curve on this one.

Question bout my honda prelude stalling problems?

its an automatic so no not that but when i go from a slow roll to a stop it sometimes starts going in and out the motor goes wom wom wom instead of a steady noise and if i do a quick roll to stop it stalls and i must restart the car.the idle is fine when i start the car it runs good but yesterday i was at a light and for no reason it stalled. i turned it back on and got this rhaspy muffler noise louder than normal.i took it to my dad and found out that the screw in the exhuast came out along the way and i was wondering does that make a difference when it sometimes stalls or putters in and out?

Presumably your backgrounds are saved as jpegs or similar so what you need to do is from within Publisher go up to Insert Picture from file, locate the various backgrounds and insert them as pictures. Then resize appropriately and then right on of mouse down to order, send to back so they are behind the publications you are going to design. Alternatively, put them on the back layer, i.e. CtrlM, but remember to do CtrlM to return to front page.
